Important Sizing Note: When buying unisex Nike spikes please refer to the size guides and choose your size based on the EU sizing. The conversion for UK sizes 6 and below differs slightly from road or trail running shoes.

They are manufactured quite small in comparison to road or trail running shoes. To ensure a secure fit and optimum performance, we recommend your spikes being at least a full size bigger than your regular shoe size.
